Re: the Milwaukee Trail extension (hooray!),  as a member of OSAC I'm pretty
sure any Open Space funding (for purchase of easements) comes from the 1995
bond as designated.  Jacki would of course be the person to verify this but
she's out of the office til Monday so I thought I'd mention it now.
