Re Ruth's comment on privacy -- I don't think breath is private -- we all
blow it out and around all the time talking, yelling at Griz games, plus
coughing it out with germs ... I'm one of those ACLU people, and I don't
know what the ACLU position is, but personally, I don't see blowing into a
tube an invasion of privacy. I do feel getting hit by a drunk driver is a
pretty big invasion of person/privacy -- and that driver has lost some of
his rights when he threatens to take away other peoples' rights to live.
