[MissoulaGov] Dave's proposal is to make it a criminal offense to refuse the test punishable with a $300 fine

Just a quick question..

With regards to Dave's proposal, I'm trying to remember back to my days in
Driver's Education. I recall being told that as a condition of having a
license I'm give consent to be tested for intoxication if required. If I
refuse, than I forfeit the right to have a license for 6 months. Is that
correct?

If so, I think the $300 is by far a lesser punishment than having to get by
without a license for 6 months! Just a little food for thought.
