[MissoulaGov] Committee Update 2-10-10

Just a correction for the record: "One of the discussions had to do with
expanding the scope to include properties eligible for listing on the
register..... I think it was me, Jason, Dave, and Pam in favor and everyone
else against." Roy voted in favor, I voted against. I'll be listening to the
community's discussion on this when the demolition of St. Xavior school
becomes visually obvious to the public.
