it's wrong and out of date.
    Regarding your sole substantive change, the actual maximum height 
reduction is 11'. Jon Wilkins made not of its existence, but he was 
happy to see it happen and was unwilling to propose the change that 
would fix it.
    On the off chance that someone doesn't know what you mean by 
s.f./d.u.: square feet of land area per dwelling unit.
