Re. recycling -- here's a photo taken on a tiny road next to a slightly
larger road by a small town in France.  I stopped & separated my garbage and
was on my way .  I suspect this is purely tax-funded on a Departmental (like
County) basis but possibly national.  --  somebody remind me to vote when I
get home Nov 2!  Good luck, Bob.  You've done a great job and I certainly
hope you can continue.  Ethel (biking in France since Oct.10)
