Thanks, Bob, for forwarding this neat comment! Sure hope lots of Missoula
downtown businesses notice it, and that all City officials are smiling.
Fortunately, the visitor didn't witness the bike accident on Phillips where
a cyclist had to choose between risking getting hit by a car in the narrowed
lane or hitting the bulbout. You'll undoubtedly be hearing more about
