[MissoulaGov] Planning Board on Tuesday

According to the ordinance and to the FAQ (attached) prepared by the
Historic Preservation Commission, the proposed ordinance is not nearly
as sweeping as Mr. Posewitz claims. Instead, the ordinance offers
sensible regulation that balances the need to protect historic
neighborhoods and to protect the rights of property owners.
