After doing a internet search on the subject, lengthening the?caution segment?on some of these lights around town would appear to be the first step.? 

Are there any statistics regarding how many accidents there are because of this??
If the tickets become a civil action, what recourse does the person have? 
What rights do we, as citizens,?give up?? 
What is the cost of a ticket now??
