[MissoulaGov] House Bans Tickets Issued by Automatic Camera

I heard that in Portland they recently disabled many of their stoplight
cameras (paid for by citizens to spy on citizens and "keep them honest"
rather than encourage some sort of intrinsic reward for following the law).
The reason? Loss of revenue.
