[MissoulaGov] Let's keep it civil

Thank you, Pam. I agree. When the voices of youth lack civility it's a
reminder to all of us how much we value and need to maintain respectful
discussions. It's also a reminder this is a forum open to all who apply and
should be treated with care. I guess that means we should treat the
participants with care. Thanks, everybody, for caring about our community!
