RE: Pineview Park
I would like to dissolve the Pineview Park Development Association since it
no longer serves its original purpose nor does it comply with its own
organizational By-Laws. None of the Board members was ever elected as
described in the By-Laws.
I want out. Remove the RSID. Why not just clean everything up by
retiring this organization and starting fresh and clean. Write some rules
that can actually be followed.
One thing is for certain; this Board has no authority to act in any
wayon behalf of the Association. Everyone on the Council has known
this for a
long time.
Whatever occurs regarding the park land now should be handled by a totally
new entity. Or simply left to the city.
Lastly, I believe other parts of the city do have a greater need of
additional parks that we do.
