Very lively discussion and all will be included in the process as the
Parking Commission works through the directives of the Downtown Master Plan.

Picture
Hello everyone. I am responding to Scott Sproull's long email; and
appreciated all of his thoughts. I am a Missoula native and retired teacher
who always shops downtown before trying our other shops/stores. I prefer
shopping downtown. I keep a little purse in the car full of quarters, and
don't mind doing so. I rarely get a ticket, but would appreciate an oops
(free) pass for that first time. When I visit my brother in Portland, we
use their system downtown and find it very handy. The challenge there is
just finding an empty spot. As for encouraging non-car visits to downtown,
I wonder how that has worked for the baseball stadium? Something to look
into. Susan Flanagin
