[MissoulaGov] committee update 8/26/09

I appreciate both of your perspectives. My intent with the listserve is to share with folks what goes on at city council. The politics and personal interactions are part of it. I'm aware that in this medium it is easy to say things that can offend and be hurtful so I try pretty hard to edit out any gratuitous slams. But I also want to continue to share some of those interactions that I think are significant and influence the functioning of the council.

Bob,

I appreciate your personal asides on city politics -- it helps flesh out
the post and keeps it real.  Don't listen to Sopko.  He can start his
own listserve he he doesn't like yours.  You're doing a great job.   I
don't see the conservatives on council even approaching this post's
transparency.
