[Dec-advocacy] DEC: Preliminary Comments on the Proposed IDEA Part C Regulations

DEC has developed several resources related to the proposed IDEA Part C

In particular, we would like to make sure you know about DEC¹s Preliminary
Comments on the Proposed IDEA Part C Regulations. This document is one of
many on our web site and it is also attached for your convenience.  We hope
it is useful as you prepare your comments to the U.S. Department of
Education.
 
And please encourage your colleagues in the field to join the process. We
want the Department of Education to know that a lot of people care about
early intervening services!
