[Dec-advocacy] DEC's Final Comments on the Part C NPRM

DEC has submitted final comments on the Part C NPRM.  We have posted these
comments on our web site in the "Public Policy and Advocacy" section.  DEC's
comments are also now part of the public record and may also be viewed on
the U.S. Government's Web site at www.regulations.gov

 

And don't forget!  The deadline for comments is today, July 23, 2007 before
midnight via online submission at:
