[Dec-advocacy] DEC: Your input on Part C

Dear DEC Members,

 

DEC will provide our final comments on the draft Part C Regulations of IDEA
to the U.S. Department of Education by July 23.  In preparation for this, we
are seeking our members' input on DEC's proposed comments.  

 

DEC's Governmental Relations Consultant, Sharon Walsh, has been working very
hard on these draft comments and has been collaborating with other
organizations on key issues.  Sharon has also developed a survey especially
for you to find out how you think DEC should respond to a few key proposed
changes.
