Good morning. Yesterday the Department of Education released the final 
Part B regulations for the 2004 reauthorization of IDEA. Regulations 
for Part C are still under review and are expected to be out in 
September.

An unofficial copy of the regulations may be found at: 
http://www.ed.gov/policy/speced/guid/idea/idea2004.html. An official 
copy will be published in the Federal Register in approximately two 
weeks. The regulations will take effect 60 days after their publication 
in the Federal Register.
