Good afternoon. DEC's governmental relations committee is asking for
member input on DEC's comments on the proposed IDEA 2004 Part B
Regulations. This will be your final opportunity to provide input as
comments are due next week.
Please take a moment to review the contents and email your final
feedback to Sharon Walsh WALSHTAYLO at aol.com by 10:00 am Monday,
September 5, 2005. Please be sure to include the number of the item
that you are commenting on in your email. If you have questions, please
