Hello. I need to make a correction regarding the IDEA regulations. The 
information that I shared earlier today about the release of the 
proposed IDEA regulations was incorrect. I have now been told that the 
final Part B regulations are expected to be published in December 2005. 
It is not clear when the Part C NPRM will be published. However, it is 
still expected to be released sometime this fall for a 75 day public 
comment period. I apologize for my error.
